The Preferences window is super user-friendly! You can set Healthy Habits to start automatically when you log in, making sure you're always reminded to take breaks. Plus, if you want, the Preferences window can pop up every time you open the app.
Setting Break Times
One of the cool features is that you can adjust how long your work sessions are before taking a break. You can set it anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours! And don’t worry; you also have control over how long those breaks last—choose between quick 1-minute breaks or longer ones like 30 minutes.
Smart Notifications
The app is smart enough to notice when you're not using your computer. If you're busy and can't take a break, it will postpone the reminder until you're free again. Plus, if you've got too much on your plate at the moment, just skip that break!
