You can quickly turn Healthy Habits on or off right from its status bar menu. Just click the icon in your menu bar! When the tree icon looks empty, that means it’s not active. But if it's grayed out, then it's doing its job and keeping track of your breaks.

The Preferences window is where the magic happens! You can set Healthy Habits to start automatically when you log in, which is super convenient. Plus, you can choose when to see the Preferences window each time you open the app.
Set Your Break Times
You have control over how long your work sessions are—anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours! And don’t worry; you can also decide how long your breaks should be, whether that's just a quick 1-minute stretch or a longer 30-minute rest.
Smart Notifications
