Hijri-Gregorian Calendar and Converter

Hijri-Gregorian Calendar and Converter is a Microsoft Excel add-in that implements Hijri and Gregorian calendars, allowing you to easily convert dates between these two formats.

It is quite simple to work with, even if your experience with conversion applications is limited, since it comes packed with an intuitive configuration set.

Once installed, Hijri-Gregorian Calendar becomes accessible through a separate tab in the ribbon bar of Excel's main application window.

You can convert days, months and years from Hijri format to Gregorian or vice versa, as well as preview the Hijri and Gregorian resulted dates, islamic lunation number, along with the Hijri day number.

You can apply the current date in your spreadsheets and navigate the Hijri calendar to export a full year to Excel or PDF file type. There are no other options available through this add-in.

Hijri-Gregorian Calendar and Converter does not slow down Excel's overall performance or cause it to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. It is very responsive to key strokes and mouse events.

We have not come across any kind of issues throughout our evaluation. Hijri-Gregorian Calendar and Converter is a useful tool that should please any user who wants to convert Hijri dates to Gregorian format and vice versa, as well as export full-year calendars in a simple manner.

The only downside to this application is that it has not been updated for a pretty long time, and it does not offer support for later Microsoft Office editions.
