HOA/POA Manager is a handy plugin for Microsoft Access that’s perfect for home and property owner associations. If you’re looking to create and manage a database of properties, meetings, events, and other important details, this software is your go-to tool!



Compatibility with Microsoft Access


This software works well with Microsoft Access versions from 2000 to 2016, both in 32-bit and 64-bit formats. Just remember that you need to have one of these versions installed to open the .mde file after installation. The default login is pretty straightforward: username “Admin” and password “Super.”



Customize Your Organization’s Info


Once you load up the plugin in Microsoft Access, you can easily change the admin password. Plus, it lets you fill in all your organization’s details like its name, president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, phone number, county information, website link, and tax ID number.



Managing Dues and Fees


You can set up accounts for owner dues or even second assessments if needed! It also allows you to manage late fees, lien fees, subordinations, and any special charges that might come up. Keeping track of everything is super easy!



Contact Lists & Compliance Summary
