Hot Tasks is a super handy app that makes it easy for you to boost your productivity. It helps you create and manage tasks in a comfy and user-friendly way.

Easy to Get Started

This app was made for Windows computers running 8, 8.1, and 10, and you can grab it quickly from the Windows Store. One cool feature is data synchronization, which means you can keep your tasks updated online—but you'll need an Internet connection for that!

User-Friendly Design

The main screen of Hot Tasks has a dark theme with colorful tiles that guide you when you first open it. You’ll see two columns: one for your daily tasks and another for task lists.

Creating Tasks Made Simple

If you want to create a task, just click the + sign in the daily tasks column, type in what you need to do, and hit Enter! You can add as many tasks as you'd like. When you're done with a task, just check its box to mark it as completed. Need to make changes? No problem! You can edit any task's details or remove them completely from your list.

Organize Your Work

You can easily change the order of your tasks by clicking and dragging them around. Want to organize everything? Create new lists for different job categories or move tasks between lists. You can even set due dates, view only completed tasks, and sort jobs by text or priority based on their deadlines.

Syncing Made Easy

Hot Tasks lets you print out all your information or sync it with your Google account. This way, no matter where you are or what device you're using, you'll have access to all your tasks just by syncing through Google.

Finding Tasks Quickly

The app works well with the Windows search charm too! So if you're looking for a specific task by description, it's super easy to find it. Plus, from the settings area, you can adjust how many days before due dates the app will consider when setting priorities for your tasks.

Overall, Hot Tasks provides a clear method and practical options to help keep all your work organized in an intuitive space. Just one little downside is that it doesn't let you customize colors!
