Create Invoices on the Go

With In-Mobility’s main window, creating an invoice or order is super easy! You can personalize your documents with your info and logo. The Dashboard tab shows you unpaid invoices, current incidents, opportunities, tasks, phone calls you need to make, and meetings to attend—all at a glance.

Track Your Sales Performance

Your sales data is organized by category so you can check how you're doing over different periods. You’ll also see who your top customers are! The Agenda tab gives you a clear view of upcoming meetings and events in monthly, weekly, or daily formats.

Manage Contacts Effectively

The Contacts tab lets you easily manage and edit accounts, contacts, and leads. You can keep track of all activities along with their completion levels and due dates—like scheduled calls and appointments. It's like having a personal assistant right in your pocket!

Create Custom Quotes & Orders

You can create personalized quotes for each account and turn them into invoices with just a few clicks. One handy feature is the Credit Memo function that allows you to write notes for customers regarding returns or rebates.

A Few Drawbacks

However, there are some drawbacks. While In-Mobility allows multiple contacts, it doesn’t let you import from Apple’s Contacts app. Sometimes it can be slow or hard to figure out how to save new entries.
