Intonia
Intonia is a super handy Pitch Recorder designed especially for string players. It helps you see how well you're hitting the right notes, which is pretty cool!
What Does Intonia Do?
This software does double duty! It works like an electronic tuner and a tape recorder all in one. Intonia remembers everything it hears and shows your pitch on a scrolling graph. You can choose from different temperaments like Equal, Just, or Pythagorean. So whether you’re practicing alone or just want to check your tuning, it’s got you covered.
How Does It Work?
While you're playing, the display keeps moving. Your pitch shows up as the height of the trace on the graph. If you're right on target and playing in tune, the trace will be white. But if you're sharp (that means too high!), then it turns red. If you’re flat (too low), it’ll show up blue. This way, you can easily see how close you are to perfect intonation!
