jNetMap
jNetMap is a handy tool that pings all registered devices every few minutes. It keeps track of their status based on the ping results. If a device is online, it shows up in green. If it's offline, it turns red! A gray color means the status is unknown, while orange indicates that the device wasn't found.
How to Create a New Map
Getting started with jNetMap is super easy! To create a new map, just click on "add", fill in the details, and hit enter. Want to connect devices? Simply right-click on a device and choose "connect". It's pretty straightforward!
Saving and Opening Maps
No need to redraw everything every time! You can save your existing maps and open them whenever you want. This feature really saves time!
Using Arguments for Opening Files
If you're feeling fancy, jNetMap lets you use arguments too! For example, typing java -jar jNetMap.jar some/where/some.netmap
will open up some.netmap right when you start the app. This works great with the "open with..." option in any operating system.
