JSPlayer is a handy little tool for your desktop that lets you watch video files in a super small panel. This is great when you're juggling multiple tasks while working on a project!
To get started with this tool, make sure you have Windows Media Player installed on your computer. The frame of JSPlayer is tiny, and you can easily move it around your screen with your mouse.
JSPlayer supports all the same media formats as Windows Media Player, including AVI, MP4, MPG, MP3, WAV, and OGG. It comes with standard media controls so you can pause the video, create playlists, switch between tracks, and adjust the volume.
One downside is that you can't resize the frame or switch to full-screen mode. You can change how see-through the window is thanks to some options from your operating system. However, adjusting how clear the video looks isn't possible—it tends to blend into JSPlayer's background a bit too much.
The good news? This gadget doesn’t hog system resources! It uses very little CPU and RAM while still performing well without causing Windows to freeze or crash. It's super easy for beginners to use too! Just keep in mind that JSPlayer hasn't been updated in quite a while.
