KronoX

KronoX is a super user-friendly time tracker. It's got everything you need, like cool stats, unlimited hierarchical tasks, and the ability to export your data to iCal and Excel!

Timing Preferences Made Easy

In the Timing preferences tab, you can do some neat things:

• Set your normal working hours for the week, month, or year. This helps with those handy statistics.


• Decide on the minimum recording time. Any recordings shorter than this will be tossed out.


• Choose the default duration for new work periods created by clicking on New Work Period. Don't worry; you can always change it later!


• Select when your workday ends at night. Most people choose midnight, but if you're a night owl, feel free to pick a later hour.


• Get a warning if KronoX notices that your computer has been idle during a recording. This is super helpful if you sometimes forget to stop your recordings.

Customize Your View

Now let’s talk about what you can do in the Viewing tab:

• Adjust how your tables are displayed.


• Change how the status menu item appears (just like above).


• If you've got overlapping work periods, you can set them to show up in red—pretty cool, right?


• You can also choose whether to see duration times as hours:minutes or just as decimal hours.
