• QT-3.x

How to Install KWebGet

After you've downloaded KWebGet, you'll need to unpack it first. Use one of these commands based on the file type:

• 'tar xfvIp kwebget-0.8.1.tar.bz2' for bzip2 files.


• 'tar xfvzp kwebget-0.8.1.tar.gz' for gzip files.

Once you've unpacked it into a new folder called 'kwebget', follow these steps:

1. Run .\/configure


2. Then run make


3. If you're an admin, just type # make install

This update fixed a bug where the wizard buttons would lock up in some versions of Qt. Now everything should be smooth sailing!
