Large Pointers 2

Large Pointers 2 is a software package that includes several colorful and animated mouse pointes. It is delivered in a ZIP package so you need to appeal to a third-party decompression application in order to gain access to the collection of mouse cursors. The ZIP bundle can be deployed on all Windows versions out there.

You may copy the files to a preferred location on the disk. The package is lightweight so you do not have to worry that it occupies too much space in your computer.

A help manual is not included in the package, but you can access a ‘Readme’ file that contains several useful hints about how to make the most out of the collection with mouse pointers.

You can set up the new animated mouse cursors by accessing Windows Mouse Properties panel. You need to make the necessary adjustments in the Pointers tab. There are several preset Windows mouse pointers that you can choose from, and you may add the preferred ones by importing files from ANI or CUR file format.

The mouse cursors comprised in Large Pointers 2 come in ANI file format so they are perfect for being imported and used on the go. There are actually 8 animated cursors embedded in the suite. While using animated cursors you may notice they are a bit slower compared to CUR ones.

The animated mouse cursors do not work on old 16-bit drives. Tests have pointed out that cursors look great and give a cheerful feel to your desktop. You should also know that the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
