Currently, League of Legends is one of the most popular online games in the world, boasting yearly championships, and over seven years experience in serving players, beginners and veterans alike. League Displays comes as a catalyst that cements that passion for the game, one that was demanded by the fanbase for some time now.
If you're not into customizing your PC and would just like to collect all the wallpapers, you can do just that. No longer do you have to browse the Internet for each champion's splash art, then the splash for each skin, while also (if possible) making sure that all of them have the same quality and resolution (more or less). With the help of League Displays, all available wallpapers created by Riot's official art department are made available to you. One thing worth mentioning is that older splash arts are not present since some of them no longer meet quality standards (for example Vladimir's original splash art).
Up until recently, the only way you could gain access to animated art was by either extracting it from the game files using no-so-simple methods or downloading them from various shady sources that were pretty often riddled with malware. Now all animated wallpapers are at your disposal, ready to be saved, or used as screensavers. Currently, these cannot be used as live wallpapers, but maybe this could be considered an option for future updates.
It doesn't matter if you're interested in just one particular champion or want to find wallpapers with areas of Runeterra, or you disregard the lore for artwork that brings homage to the E-sports champions of the past, League Displays will satisfy all tastes. There is a tab for every category mentioned above and much more, such as Fan Art, where all of the most popular user-submitted fan art can be found, all in the same high-quality formats as the rest of the wallpapers.
One issue worth mentioning is that, on Windows 10 x64, after setting a screensaver you cannot force preview it from the OS' screensaver settings menu, and can only view it after waiting for at least one minute.
It doesn't matter if you play for the sake of role-playing, competitively or are just fascinated by the whole ensemble, League Displays is a good addition for any would-be Summoner that wants to show his love for the game even after closing it.
