Description
Light Calendar
Light Calendar is a handy software tool that gives you a simple desktop calendar. With it, you can easily schedule upcoming events, get reminders, and even customize colors to match your style!
Quick Setup Process
The setup doesn’t take long at all! Just keep in mind a couple of things. First off, make sure you have the .NET Framework installed on your computer. Also, during the installation, Light Calendar will automatically join your Windows autostart list. But don’t worry; you can turn that off later from the settings panel if you want.
User-Friendly Interface
This cool tool runs in the system tray and stays minimized there. That means you can keep doing your thing on your desktop without any interruptions! The interface is neat and organized, making it super easy to check out any date on the calendar.
Mark Your Events Clearly
The current day gets highlighted with a bright yellow box so you won’t forget it! You can create new events for any date—whether it's past or future. Just choose the type of event and pick a color to make it stand out from your other tasks or meetings.
Set Recurring Events and Reminders
You can even set up recurring events (like daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly!) and set reminders for one day, three days, one week, two weeks, or even one month ahead!
Manage Your Schedule Easily
If you're busy, no worries! You can schedule multiple events on the same day, edit them if needed, and quickly jump back to today’s events whenever you like. Plus, if you decide you don’t want Light Calendar to start with Windows anymore or hide when it loses focus—you can change those settings too!
Smooth Performance
We tested it out and found that it runs smoothly with hardly any impact on your computer’s performance. One little downside? There isn’t an option to delete events right now. But overall, Light Calendar offers a simple and intuitive way for anyone to manage their scheduling needs!
