The main window of Little Big Mouse is divided into several sections, meant to help you fully enjoy its functions with as little hassle as possible. Tooltips are available for most of the buttons, so if you get stuck, you only need to hover your mouse cursor over a button, and a brief explanation is shown.

The top panel is where you can view display adapter information, modify the relative size of your displays, adjust the relative positions of displays, or change brightness, contrast, and gain. The center section shows details related to your current monitor by default, such as make and model, size, and resolution. The bottom panel allows you to enable or disable the actual functionality of Little Big Mouse.

You can activate horizontal or vertical loop so that your mouse returns to the second screen whenever it exits from the first one. The application also supports adjusting the mouse speed to remain consistent even when it moves between monitors with different DPI values. Virtual corner crossing can be activated, allowing you to benefit from the features of Little Big Mouse even if your monitors do not share the same height.
