- The "Report a Problem" button allows riders to send text or photos directly to Transit Police.
- The "Call Transit Police" button will connect customers directly to Transit Police.
- The application is designed for the T and stores reports in areas without cellular connectivity.
- Riders can sign up to receive MBTA T-Alerts and BOLO alerts.
Additional Information:
Riders can select station locations and report categories when submitting an issue to assist transit police.
The system sends text before pictures for quick report delivery to Transit Police.
BOLO alerts may display information about missing persons for public awareness.
