Minesweeper is a fun and engaging puzzle game based on the original Minesweeper game in which you have to locate all mine square.

Your main objective in Minesweeper is to identify all mines scattered allover the board without triggering them. Reveal all non-mine squares as fast as you can in order to complete the game and grab a high score.

By accessing the File menu you can easily start a new game, set the board size, view the High Scores board and change the difficulty settings to beginner, intermediate or expert. You can also set a custom board size and adjust the game settings to fit your requirements.

The great thing about Minesweeper is that it offers you the possibility to rewind and replay your games. What is more, you can open the Inspector window in order to view live statistics about your game. You can view and track the efficiency index, quality ratio, speed index, elapsed time, the number of unflagged mines, board size, the total number of mines along with the total number of left, right and double clicks.

On top of that, you can view the mouse path and replay the game step by step. This is a great way to analyze your game and make the necessary adjustments to improve it.

The Preferences window helps you change the colors of the unrevealed, revealed and flagged squares along with the color of the ruptured mines and flagged mines. Unfortunately, regardless of the color you choose for the unrevealed squares, it is difficult to distinguish one square from another, fact that can put off some players.

Minesweeper is an entertaining and addictive strategy game that enables you to have fun during short breaks or in your free time.
