MinesweeperFX FOR MAC

MinesweeperFX is a simple puzzle game inspired by the classical Minesweeper title included by default on some Microsoft Windows versions. The game comes with a simple design and three different difficulty levels.

The goal of the MinesweeperFX game is to clear a board of tiles without exploding any of the mines that lie underneath. To start playing, you must right click to clear a particular tile, or left click to mark it as the location of one of the mines.

MinesweeperFX has to be played in single player mode, but you can increase or decrease the difficulty level by adjusting the board size and the number of mines: beginner (10X10 grid with 10 mines), intermediate (15X15 grid with 30 mines), or expert (20X20 grid with 100 mines).

If you clear a tile that is clean, the MinesweeperFX game also clears the neighboring tiles that are also clean. However, if one of the connected tiles hides a mine, you will be able to see the number of neighboring mines.

This way, you can use your mathematical skills to determine which of the tiles hide mines. As soon as you flag a tile, the mine counter placed in the top area of the game window drops down.

You win the game when all the tiles with hidden mines are marked correctly. However, if you step on a mine, the game is lost: you have no additional lives or undo options.

MinesweeperFX brings to the Mac a classical game that still proves to be challenging: there are no additional lives or second chances, so you must stay always focused so you won’t step on a mine.
