Such an utility is MO Virtual Router, a user-friendly application that enables you to create Wi-Fi virtual routers, with just a few clicks. Providing support for an unlimited number of users, the program prompts you to enter a name for the network you want to create, as well as the password that other Wi-Fi enabled devices are going to use for connecting to the new wireless network. Aside from that, pressing the 'Create Wi-Fi Point' button is enough for starting the hotspot and activating the connection.
