Network Reminder is a lightweight software application designed specifically for helping you share reminders about important events between local and remote users. You can set alarms and execute custom utilities.

The program offers support for multi-user access via LAN, Intranet or Internet (HTTP and FTP) connections, as well as encrypted text messages using the 256-bit AES algorithm. It can be deployed on Windows XP, 2003, 2008, Vista, and 7.

The application lets you edit or delete messages, remove notes that are older than a certain number of days, duplicate entries, perform searches throughout the list with messages, as well as set up groups so you can read and send notes from/to multiple users. A group can be designed by entering details about the title, location, and password. Last but not least, you can automatically sort messages, enable sound notifications, and show hints.
