Getting Started with NetworkTrafficView

Once you launch the program, the first thing you'll do is pick your network adapter and how you want to capture data. The interface is super clean and easy to understand, so even if you're not a tech whiz, you can figure it out quickly!

What You Can See

This tool gives you a ton of info about your network traffic. You can check out details like Ethernet type, IP addresses, source and destination info, port numbers, connection status, packet counts, total packet sizes, data speeds, duration of connections, and much more. Plus, you can rearrange the columns by dragging them up or down to show just what you want in the main panel.

Filtering Your Results

If you're looking for something specific, NetworkTrafficView allows you to filter results. This means you can set it up to only show items with certain speeds or a minimum number of packets. It really helps narrow down what you're interested in!

Saving Your Stats

An awesome feature is that you can save your statistics as an HTML file. Whether you want all the data or just selected pieces, it's easy! While there are hotkeys available for quicker access, keep in mind that they can't be changed around.

Advanced Features

The app comes with a built-in search engine too! It lets you hide closed TCP connections and display specific types of packets: TCP, UDP, ICMP, Non-IP packets as well as IPv4 and IPv6. And get this – NetworkTrafficView can even start tracking your network traffic right when Windows boots up!
