New Tab for Notes is a handy little free Camino script. It lets you quickly pop open a new tab or window, depending on what you set in Camino > Preferences > Tabs. This new space has a big text-entry area perfect for jotting down temporary notes.

Temporary Notes Made Easy

The best part? Your text won't be saved anywhere. So, when you close the tab or quit Camino, your notes will vanish forever. It's great for quick thoughts that don’t need to hang around.

Custom Toolbar Icon

This script also comes with a cool custom toolbar icon. It’s based on the original icons made by the amazing Camino Team. So not only is it useful, but it looks good too!

Installation Steps

Installation: To get started, just unzip the file and move New Tab for Notes.scpt to this path: ~\/Library\/Scripts\/Applications\/Camino\/. The tilde (~) stands for your home folder. If there are any subfolders that don’t exist yet, go ahead and create them.
