nuoveXT Black is a cool icon theme that takes inspiration from Saki's classic nuoveXT-1.6 icons. If you love unique and stylish icons, this one’s for you!

This theme has borrowed some awesome icons from other themes like snowish (also by Saki), OS-L, crystalclear, realistiK, and Tango. A big shoutout to all the creators of these fabulous icons! Plus, the author used their own photos for some folder icons.

Important Installation Notes

If you're looking to use nuoveXT Black, make sure you already have an icon theme like nuveXT, nuvox, Vista-Inspirate, or snowish installed. This theme doesn’t come with every necessary icon on its own; it actually “inherits” from those other themes if they're present.

If you want to tweak things a bit, you can edit the line that says Inherits= in the index.desktop file. This way, you can include another icon theme or change the order of themes being used.

How to Install nuoveXT Black

INSTALLATION:

To get started with this icon theme, first unpack it into a directory where you'd like it to live. Then run the script by executing ./iconvert_nb. This handy script will convert the icons for you and will even sharpen up the smaller ones as needed!
