ObjectPrint Cloud is a specialized software solution designed to help administrators keep a close eye on what is being printed and set limits in order to reduce wastage. It enables you to manage printers, users, computers and groups, and it is accessible via a web-based application.

The product makes it possible to manage printing operations for shared and local printers on local or remote servers and workstations using software that needs to be installed on the machine.

Once everything has been set up, you can access the administration console from the web application by logging into your account. The dashboard provides you with an overview of print activity throughout the organization and displays recent notifications.

Print jobs are saved as image files and can be analyzed later from the web application, enabling administrators to identify which documents have been printed unnecessarily.
