Oil Price Monitor is a super handy widget that helps you keep track of gas and oil prices. It's really easy to use, making it perfect for everyone—whether you're just starting out or you've been doing this for a while.

User-Friendly Interface

The layout is simple and intuitive. You’ll see a list showing the prices for crude oil, heating oil, natural gas, propane gas, and RBOB gasoline. It’s all right there at your fingertips!

Customizable Settings

You can tweak the settings from the panel to change how often it updates. The default is every 10 minutes, but you can extend it up to an hour if you prefer! Plus, there’s an option to show or hide certain energy resources and switch between decimal or percent views. If you ever want to reset things back to how they were originally, that’s totally doable too.

Easy Access with Right-Click Menu

If you right-click on the widget, a menu pops up that looks a lot like those used in Windows gadgets. You can add new widgets, close the current one, or even move it around your desktop. Want it on top of everything else? Just check that option! You can also adjust its transparency from 20% all the way up to 100%.

Light on Resources

We’ve run some tests and found that Oil Price Monitor doesn’t use much CPU or RAM at all. This means your system won’t slow down when you’re running it alongside other programs.
