Some documents are more important than others, regardless of how long they are. Office work and bureaucracy in general don’t discriminate when it comes to lengthier documents, which is why paperwork can truly involve a lot of paper in the end.

A page counter tool may be useful in some circumstances. Documents where a minimum page count is required, such as for an assignment, is an example. In any case, OpiGen is a software solution that makes it easy and convenient to count the pages of multiple PDF files at once.

The program has been made to offer a reliable and time-efficient way for counting the pages of multiple documents at once. With that in mind, it maintains a no-nonsense manner of working on the task at hand: all the user has to do is select the folders containing their documents, and the tool will get to work.

The effective page counting process takes no time at all, as in my case, the results were provided nearly instantaneously. Note that the page counts will not be displayed on the app’s interface, but on the generated .XLSX file.

Depending on the software installed on your machine, you may need to install a dedicated solution to view the XLSX file. If office work is among your primary workflows, then this is a non-issue.

That’s about all you’re getting with the Free version. A missed opportunity is that you may only specify folders for the page count, but not .PDF documents. As such, you cannot simply select a few PDF documents and drop them into the interface. You’ll have to copy them to a folder and drag & drop it instead.

OpiGen is a simple piece of software. If counting PDF pages is among your primary workflows, then you can get some use out of this. The program doesn’t need to be installed, so utilizing it involves little to no commitment.
