Setting Up Your Database

When you open the Ouistee Collection window, you'll start by creating the input interface and defining how everything should be classified. You can make categories and subcategories and even add custom values that are meaningful to you.

Add All Kinds of Information

The app lets you insert lots of different types of information like rating labels, text with labels, drop-down menus, spaces for notes, titles for sections, numbers with labels, text boxes for long entries, tables for organization, checkboxes for options, photos to showcase items or dates to keep track of when things happened.

Inputting Data Made Easy

Once your setup looks good to you, adding new entries is a breeze! Just type in what you need, check off boxes as needed or select from drop-down menus. It’s really user-friendly!

Visualizing Your Entries

You can view database cards one at a time or switch to list mode to see everything at once. A quick tip: when opening a new collection, you'll start in editing mode automatically. Don’t forget to hit “End Editing” so you can actually see all the info!

A Note on Templates
