The way you present a project can greatly influence the people's perception of it, so it's best you come prepared. The tools to help users create well-defined, thorough presentations are already well-established: we all had to use PowerPoint at least once in our lives, and if that wasn't available, the Prezi online platform could always be utilized.

If you wanted something a little different, then Overflow might be up your alley. Through it, users can create some intriguing flowchart-based presentations without fault, that are as pleasing to look at as they are easy to make.

Owing to the intuitive interface design, operating the program is nothing out of the ordinary. Commence by creating a new project, then start introducing elements into your board. Click the little plus-shaped icon in the top-left region, and see what appeals to you: different shapes can be added and colored to your liking, and text can be added to annotate each of them.

In addition to that, you can add images to make for an even more engaging presentation. After adding the main elements, users can start linking them together: this is to make for a more cohesive, free-flowing presentation style. Adobe XD and Photoshop, as well as Figma projects, can be incorporated into your presentation.

When all is done, you can either export your project as a .PNG or .PDF file. While these formats don't exactly lend themselves too well to the style of presentation the app proposes, they nevertheless provide a convenient way to present.

The best way to go about this is to publish your project: navigate to the Share tab, and prompt to upload your work to the cloud. The presentation will then be accessible via a generated link, and you can show off your project however you want. Present the whole board, or focus on each element piece-by-piece through the Prototype view. People can comment over any part of the project, which makes for a very interactive experience.

An intuitive interface, interactive presentations, and cloud facilities — that's what Overflow is all about, making it worth the try.
