PercentCalc

PercentCalc is a small calculator whose purpose is to help you find out the sale percentage of different products on the fly. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there, provided that you have the Java working environment installed on the target computer.

The program is portable so an installation process is not required in order to gain access to the GUI. You may simply run the executable file. Keeping the utility stored on pen drives or other portable devices is also possible.

You can run it without administrative privileges. In case you decide to uninstall it, you only need to delete the file that you have grabbed from the Internet because it does not leave remnants on the host PC and store additional configuration files.

PercentCalc has not much to offer in terms of design. The main window looks small and plain. All configuration options are included into a single panel. Making the most out of the dedicated parameters proves to a piece of cake, as you can learn to master the calculations in a short amount of time.

The application offers you the possibility to specify the list price and enter the sell price. Based on the two aforementioned values, the tool is able to show the percentage result. The results can be saved to the clipboard so you can quickly transfer them into other third-party programs.

You can manually type in the price information or paste data from the clipboard. You are allowed to clear the workspace with a single click. PercentCalc does not hide any other configuration parameters under its hood.

During our tests we have noticed that the utility carries out calculations quickly and without errors. It is not a resource hog so you do not have to worry that it affects the overall performance of the PC.

In conclusion, PercentCalc has to offer nothing more than a simple software solution for helping you work with a percentage calculator, and is suitable especially for less experienced users.
