Easy User Interface for Everyone

One of the best things about Planner Studio Pro is its user-friendly interface. You can quickly switch between calendars tied to different user accounts without any hassle. Plus, it has features for managing users and even storing contact details.

Email Integration and Security

You can connect an email to each account you set up, and don’t worry about your data—there’s an option to protect everything with a password. The software supports two account types: normal and super user. This way, not everyone can access the whole database.

Create Events and Tasks Easily

Once you get everything set up, you can start making events or tasks right in Planner Studio Pro’s main window. You have the flexibility to view your calendar by year, month, week, or day. Need to print out a list of events for a specific time? No problem!

Associating Clients with Tasks

When you're adding new tasks or events, Planner Studio Pro lets you link them to a client or service provider you've set up beforehand. This makes organizing your work much easier.

Limitations on Importing/Exporting Data

However, there’s one downside: Planner Studio Pro doesn’t allow you to import or export data directly. That means you'll need to enter details manually each time. On the bright side, multiple users can share the same databases!

No Export Options but Printing Available

You can't export the calendar for use in other apps either, but you do have options like printing lists of appointments and contacts. And if needed, backing up the database is easy so that you can restore it on another computer.

User-Friendly Design Inspired by Microsoft Office

The design is similar to Microsoft Office, which makes it feel familiar while managing schedules for multiple users—great for boosting productivity at work!

To make using this tool across different computers easy-peasy, Planner Studio Pro saves everything into a database file that includes built-in sharing features.

A Few Technical Hiccups

A little note: when we tried changing the default database path during our tests (on a Mac mini Server running macOS Sierra), Planner Studio Pro struggled to open the database file properly.
