pMix

pMix is a fun little app that lets you mix and match sounds from old tracks or presets to create some really cool audio effects. It's like having a mini sound studio right on your computer! With pMix, you can morph multiple VST plug-in presets to whip up new content that’ll make your projects stand out.

Colorful Interface for Easy Mixing

This application comes with a bright and intuitive interface. You can combine up to 4 different VST2 audio plug-in effects at once. Plus, it includes 9 audio FX plug-ins and generators that use experimental DSP techniques like frequency shifting, noise generation, format filtering, FM synthesis, and so much more!

Create Your Own Presets

Each effect has its own color, which makes it easy to keep track of what you're doing. On the left side panel of the pMix window, you can see all the presets you’ve created and even change their tempo. There’s also an iSpace window where you can visualize them as colorful balls. The closer these balls are to your cursor, the stronger the effect!

Real-Time Audio Processing

The best part? pMix processes input audio in real time! It uses a multi-layered interpolation method that allows you to play files and record the sounds you generate. You can even handle live audio input or instrument plug-ins.

User-Friendly Preferences

You’ll love how easy it is to customize everything from the refresh rate to the iSpace area right in the pMix Preferences window. You can tweak things like plug-in routing (serial or parallel), VST plug-in folders, and input/output audio channels.
