When you first open MyLanViewer, you'll see the Subnet/Wi-Fi Monitoring menu. This is where the magic happens! You can see all known and unknown devices connected to your network. You'll get details like host names and both IP and MAC addresses—all super easy to access!
Chat Right From The App!
A cool feature is in the Messenger menu. You can actually add friends or family members by their IP addresses and chat right within MyLanViewer. It's a fun way to keep in touch while checking out what's happening on your network.
Monitor Your Servers Too!
You’ll also want to check out the Scanner menu under Resources. Here, you can add servers and keep track of files directly through the app’s interface. It makes monitoring super straightforward.

If you find something interesting, you can export all data easily! Save everything as .dat, .html, .txt, or .csv files—or just grab IP and MAC addresses in a .txt file.
