PowerCableNotifier is the tiniest tool that generates visible and audible warnings about your laptop's low-level battery. This program can only help users whose machine does not push the default battery notifier, for whatever reason.

The tool was made only to compensate for the lack of a native low-battery notifier. Whenever the power rate drops under the laptop's minimal level, the notification area will generate the alert.

PowerCableNotifier is portable. The system tray is the main area where the app resides, under the shape of a lightning bolt. When the power cord is plugged in or the battery level is high, the icon should have a green tint to it. As soon as the battery hit drainage levels, the bolt changes to red. At the same time, the notification area will kind of spam the warning alert.

In time, the spam alert can become an annoyance. Sadly, the application cannot be tweaked, as there is no UI or settings menu, to begin with.
