Edit Events with Ease

Moving events around is a breeze! Just drag them from one date to another. Plus, there’s a handy Day view window where you can edit notes and events while getting a sneak preview of your schedule. By keeping both the Calendar and Day View windows open, you can see your whole week or month along with daily events all at once.

Add New Events Quickly

If you need to add an event, just click on the date and start typing in the details. You can even attach notes that let you play around with different fonts, colors, and sizes—how fun! You can also toss in images if that helps.

Smooth Navigation Between Months

The top toolbar makes it easy to flip through months using the slider or mouse scroll. And don’t forget about the File menu! You can import events from iCal (Calendar), link PreMinder entries to Calendar, and sync everything with iCloud or Google Calendar.

Create Recurring Events

PreMinder lets you create recurring events too! Whether it's every month or every week—or even specific days of the week—you’re covered. Plus, you can create multi-day banner events that are easy to resize and move around on your calendar.

Set Up Notifications Easily
