Fixed issues with simple report generation.

You can now edit facts right in the overview by double-clicking!

Added Dutch translation thanks to Hans de Zwart.

Russian translation added by Sasha Shveik.

Updated French translation from Stephane Raimbaul.

Brought icons back into the overview window.

Stock buttons are available for adding or updating facts.

Fixed a possible issue with popup window positioning.
