The City of La Baule-Escoublac invites you to discover its future sea promenade through this augmented reality application.
The sea promenade requalification project aims to make the most beautiful beach in Europe an even more open, peaceful and attractive place. The City pays particular attention to preserving the different atmospheres of the neighborhoods it passes through. In the program ? More room for soft mobility and a lively route, punctuated by unifying places, supporting new uses for everyone (residents, tourists, professionals, etc.) and adapted to each sector made up of 6 esplanades.
The objectives of the project
Promote soft and active mobility (bicycle, pedestrian, electric shuttle, etc.) by rebalancing the sharing of uses:
Promote plants by revealing the presence of the “garden city” on the edge of the ocean;
Create new convivial spaces and promote a diversity of services and activities;
Design innovative developments that meet the challenges of ecological transition.
