Retro Parking FOR MAC

Retro Parking is a fun parking game that simulates a realistic driving experience and enables you to relax by guiding your car through challenging obstacle courses. The game features simple controls and comes with a beautiful soundtrack that creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Retro Parking sports high-quality graphics, can be played only at a high resolution (1680X1050), which cannot be modified even in window mode. This translates into a quite significant resources consumption: if your Mac computer is not up to the tasks, the controls will be slightly less responsive.

However, the game is certainly a looker: the car you are driving seems inspired by a retro Volkswagen Beetle model, and the game levels are both colorful and detailed. Retro Parking comes with very few customization options, yet you do get to change the car’s color.

Retro Parking features around 200 levels that have different difficulty degrees, and you get to unlock a new level by completely the current one. Nonetheless, Retro Parking also offers you the option to skip a level and try again at a later time.

Once you start an obstacle course, Retro Parking allows you to control the car by using the arrow keys or the AWSD combination. You get to view how the wheels of the car move one way or the other, and even change the zoom level and camera angle to see better.

If your vehicle hits any of the cones or other objects placed on the sidelines, you automatically lose the level and have to start all over again. Even though this might be frustrating for some player, the calming background music helps you relax and stay focused.

Worth mentioning is that the Retro Parking project has been included on the list of Steam Greenlight games, but the title is still under development. The available demo offers you the possibility to try out the game, and you can share your support for the project on Steam.
