Get Started with Templates

If you're unsure where to start, no worries! Roadmap Planner has a bunch of predefined templates that come in different color themes. Pick one or create something from scratch—whatever floats your boat!

Color Coding Made Simple

When you kick off a new project, Roadmap Planner automatically assigns a color to it. All tasks linked to that project will follow the same color scheme, making it easy to keep track of everything.

Easily Change Color Themes

You can switch up the project's color theme quickly in the editing panel. Plus, you can move the project around in the hierarchy without breaking a sweat!

No Custom Canvas Colors

A little heads-up: Roadmap Planner doesn’t let you customize the canvas background color. If you want something other than white, you'll need to choose one of those built-in templates.

Adjust Your Timeline Effortlessly

The timeline feature is pretty cool! Each task gets its own spot and you can easily adjust timelines by dragging and dropping items around. Connecting different tasks is just as easy.

Share Your Plans with Your Team

When you're done planning, share it with your team through Presentation mode. You can zoom in or out to focus on important details, but be aware that there’s no simple tool for selecting items—this could be a bit annoying.

Add Notes for Clarity

You can add notes for each task within Roadmap Planner; however, these notes won’t show up when you're in presentation mode.

Saves and Exports Easily

Your plans can be saved using their special file format or printed directly from the app. Thanks to OS X features, exporting your plans as PDF documents is super easy if printing isn’t what you want right away.
