Working on multiple projects simultaneously is never easy, but if you find yourself in this situation, it would probably be a good idea to organize your work. Aiming to increase your productivity, SaMotion provides a way for you to keep a record of the tasks you are carrying out and the ones you completed for each project.

In essence, SaMotion is nothing more than a to-do list creator, with additional options to create different categories of tasks. No installation is required, and after you run the executable, you are greeted by a modern-looking interface, the home of all your task lists.

You start by adding a category for each project you want to track and giving it a name that is significant to you. Each category can contain one or more tasks, each task having a checkbox near it. Tasks are also given relevant names for easy management.

Each task you add to the list can be assigned a priority. A small circle is available near the checkbox and, as you click on it, it turns to green, orange, and red. Of course, you don't have to consider these colors ar symbolizing priority, as they could also be assigned to each member of a team.

As assignments get completed, you can mark them as done by ticking the corresponding checkbox. As you do, their name is crossed out.

Your entire task list, including finished tasks, can be exported as a PDF file and shared with others. For security purposes, you can password-protect the PDF document before saving it. The entire project can be encrypted using the Blowfish 448Bit algorithm.

In case you are done with a list and want to get rid of it, you can do that directly from the application. When using the 'Destruction' option, SaMotion makes sure that all your files are permanently deleted.

SaMotion has an eye-pleasing look, is easy to use, and requires no setup. It can be used in several situations, including real work environments, but also for personal to-do lists.

However, its capabilities can be further improved, which would only add to its value. For instance, it would be good to allow the creation of as many sub-tasks as the user needs (like a cascade to-do list), which would be good for more complex projects. Another suggestion would be to allow exporting to other file formats and direct sharing to social media, considering that many teams use social websites to keep in touch while working on a project.
