SandboxToys

SandboxToys provides an accompanying tool for the classic edition of Sandboxie. It comes with a variate toolbox for easier and faster execution of an app in the sandbox, as well as quicker access to important Windows tools.

It is worth mentioning that SandboxToys does not require installation. However, to be able to launch it, you need to place it in the installation folder of Sandboxie, meaning both the executable files of SandboxToys and Sandboxie must be in the same directory. Double-clicking on the main executable will install it and open the SandboxToys context menu.

The opened menu contains a list of all the sandboxes, as created in Sandboxie. You can use this quick menu to explore a sandbox with or without restrictions and launch the Sandboxie Control panel, which helps you quickly manage sandboxes and apps.

Aside from loading sandboxes easier and faster, SandboxToys facilitates one-click access to important Windows tools and comes with extra commands that help you manage sandboxes efficiently. For instance, it can open the Registry Editor (regedit), either sandboxed or not, as well as the Windows Control Panel to add or remove programs or a sandboxed command prompt window.

The SandboxToys menu also allows you to terminate the sandboxed processes with the click of a button or create backups of a sandbox. There are also a few cleanup tools available, which enable you to erase fake and temporary files and folders or delete the contents of a sandbox.

SandboxToys is a satellite tool for Sandboxie, providing an easier method to backup, clean and manage sandboxes. It also allows quick access to Windows tools and connects to Sandboxie to access all the sandboxes easier and faster.
