SayMore is an instrument for project management, as it allows to manage employee and project contributor pages, record working sessions, add project files and documents, and export recorded data in CSV formats.

Organizing your business can't be easy. You don't know where to start and what steps to follow for properly supervising different organizational aspects of your team's brainstorming or work sessions. The same thing applies, on a smaller scale, to freelance professionals, or remote workers.

As such, SayMore is a free application for recording and putting into a digital organizer, all the things you or your team could and would possibly say. The idea behind this project is to provide access to features for keeping, organizing, packing, and managing documentation and information.

As such, whether you are a company, a freelancer, a student, a project manager, or a professor, you can make use of SayMore's extensive set of features. It is for recording sessions, managing notes, listing other people's collaborative efforts, and handling multiple projects' data.

The good thing about SayMore is that the tool was built based on a user-focus approach. That is why, even if you are not familiar with documentation or project management applications, this application will feel intuitive. The menu guides you toward the next step and offers options for adding extra information and how to do it.

Because the tool offers multi-language options, it can be even easier to get started with it. When creating a new project, you can start with the project description and go to the 'Access Protocol' page. In there, you will find preset formats and their detailed descriptions (e.g., TLA - The Language Archive, ANLA - Alaska Native Language Archive, etc.).

All of these are organizational formats with different data access protocols and information structuring. Optionally, you can choose a 'Custom' access protocol, if you are using SayMore for personal projects or organization management.

The tool comes with a built-in recorder, user/employee section addition sessions information insertion, and more. You can note scheduled and canceled events, ongoing or finalized projects, and future goals.

Moreover, you can add files and documents that describe your business, create people or employee pages, take project/session contributions into account, and export different pieces of information into CSV reports.
