Schedule Creator

Schedule Creator is a handy little app for Mac OS X that makes organizing sports teams super easy. If you’re trying to pair different teams and want to make sure they all face each other at least once, this tool has got your back!

Easy Setup

The main window of Schedule Creator is simple to use. It’s broken down into three areas. At the top, you can choose how many teams you want to include and how many weeks you have available. On the right side, there’s a panel where you can create schedules with weekly dates. And right in the center, you'll find the meetings calendar ready for your input.

Random Pairing Made Simple

No one wants the same teams playing each other over and over again! Schedule Creator helps keep things fresh by shuffling the columns, repeating weeks, or mixing up rows. This way, every matchup feels exciting!

Customizable Calendar

You can also customize your calendar quite a bit! On the right panel, set your start date and first start time. You can even define how long each time slot should be in minutes and mark any off days you need to consider.

Create Your Schedule

Once you've entered all this info, just hit that “Create Schedule” button at the bottom right corner of the app’s main window. In no time at all, Schedule Creator will whip up a calendar for you!

Exporting Your Calendar

If you're happy with how it looks (and we bet you will be), just click on “Export” at the bottom of the main area. This will create a text file that you can easily edit later if you want to add more details about each team.

A Great Tool for Team Pairing

While Schedule Creator doesn’t offer tons of personalization options, it shines when it comes to pairing lots of teams randomly while ensuring everyone meets at least once. Plus, since it exports as an editable file, adding more information later is a breeze!
