The default context menu enables you to perform item-specific operations on the spot. Some particular programs add their own entries, but you can also add your own through a rather difficult method. In case you’re only interested in the SendTo menu, then SendTo Manager is sure to help you out.

One advantage in particular is that you’re saved the entire time and effort required to press a few “next” buttons to install the application, and is thus good to go from the moment download is done. As such, it can even be carried around on a thumb drive to use on other computers, without putting a strain on stability because no registry entries need to be modified to ensure functionality.

As far as the visual design is concerned, the application stores its set of features in a pretty compact window, which uses classic elements, thus making accommodation a walk in the park for beginners and experienced individuals alike.

There are two modes of operation. On the one hand, the application allows you to link entire folders to the SendTo menu. This is pretty useful, especially if you add a frequently used folder, thus saving a great deal of effort when performing either backup operations, or sending a bunch of files to a particular location.

On the other hand, there’s the possibility to link other programs. This is easily done by using the built-in browse dialog to select the target EXE. Every file sent to a configured program is opened through it. No system restart is required to add new entries to the menu, and you can check them out on any file or folder context menu.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that SendTo Manager helps you create easy links to editors and viewers, but also a common location to which to instantly send files and folders. The only downside of the whole operation is that you can’t remove existing entries, not even those you add yourself.
