Keeping a close eye on all the aspects that comprise any business or organization is a good strategy for maintaining an organized, structured, smoothly-working environment. Designed in order to tackle such purposes, Service Admin will offer users a collection of minimalist yet capable tools, for adding customer records, managing contacts or, products and their corresponding financial aspects, such as invoices.
The application’s interface can, at first glance, seem a bit basic and oversimplified, especially when looking at the scarcity of the available menus. But this simplicity is there to ensure efficient handling and quick access to its features, through several, large, discernible controls.
Accessing the contacts agenda, invoices, products, and an additional, notes, and reminders module can be done quite easily. However, one issue that we experienced during testing, was that some of the input fields could not accept pasting from the clipboard, regardless of how many times we tried.
The amount of information that can be added for each customer or contact is quite impressive and what’s even better is that the app will automatically save the inputted data, with a short confirmation message.
If you need to take some notes or even set reminders, you don’t need to leave the app and open a dedicated text editor, since the included module allows you to do all that from within the app itself.
