Service Timer provides remote access to services and enable you to control them but in order to do that, the computers you want to connect to need to have a specific number of Windows services running. If they are not active, then you or the PC user needs to manually activate them which is not really all that convenient.

Service Timer is a handy application to have as it can diminish your workload but you do need to have some prior experience in the matter in order to fully benefit from the application.
