Signature Verification

Signature Verification is a small Windows application that comes with the right skills for recognizing handwritten signatures.

The utility is Java-based, which means you need to deploy the working environment on your computer in order to make it work.

The portable status of the program enables you to store it on USB flash drives or other devices so you can have it with you all the time. You can uninstall it using a simple deletion action, as there are no traces left in your Windows registry.

Signature Verification reveals a minimalist panel that allows you to choose between two options: activate the training and verification module. A help manual is not included in the package, only a few details are displayed in the main window about the tool’s modules.

The utility gives you the possibility to specify two types of signatures in the dedicated panels in order to improve the accuracy of the recognition algorithm. You are allowed to provide information about the first and last name, as well as USN.

The recognition module offers you the freedom to type the signature and enter personal information in order to verify if the signature belongs to the original user. The results of the verification include data about the percentage and status of the signature (e.g. Genuine, Fake).

You are given the freedom to configure the threshold value for verification, select the default look (Java or Windows), and delete the user’s database. The configuration settings can be password-protected in order to make sure other users cannot modify them.

Signature Verification provides a straightforward solution for helping you create a signature reference set and verify the signatures against the stored database. The intuitive layout makes it an ideal candidate for rookies and professionals alike.
