SimplyWallpaper is a lightweight software application designed specifically for helping you change the wallpaper on two different screens. The utility needs Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 deployed on the target computer in order to work properly.

Sporting an intuitive and simple interface, the program embeds only a few configuration settings. You cannot find a help manual in the package but you can venture into tweaking the dedicated parameters on your own because they look easy to work with.

SimplyWallpaper gives you the possibility to preview the images that you want to set as wallpapers directly in the main window with the aid of thumbnails.

The tool is able to automatically detect the resolution of each screen and allows you to import a user-defined photo for each monitor. Pictures can be added in the working environment using only the built-in browse button (there’s no support for drag-and-drop actions).

What’s more, you can make the application check both monitors in order to view the current wallpapers and set the new ones with a single click.

Tests have shown that SimplyWallpaper carries out a task quickly. It remains light on system resources so you do not have to worry that it eats up CPU and memory.

All things considered, SimplyWallpaper delivers a simplistic approach for helping you change the wallpapers on different screens. The basic pack of features makes it ideal for less experienced users. Advanced options are not implemented so you cannot automatically modify the wallpapers at a custom time, assign hotkeys for changing the images, and choose the picture position (e.g. stretch, tile, center), just to highlight some options.
