Skinner is a free add-on for World of Warcraft that changes the look of the default UI. Skinner has sub-directories, SkinMe and AddonSkins.
In order to have an Addon skinned, move or copy its file from AddonSkins into SkinMe, then Exit and restart, the Addon will then be skinned.
