SmartDay is a super handy tool if you’re juggling multiple projects and tasks every day. It lives in your status bar, so you can quickly access a smart calendar with just one click of your mouse!

Easy to Use Planner

Working with SmartDay is really simple! When you click on the app's icon in your status bar, a planner panel pops up. This lets you see the current month and what tasks you have for today. Plus, there’s a project management panel where all your tasks, notes, and projects are nicely laid out.

No Fuss with Panels

You can’t resize or rearrange the panels manually, but don’t worry! Just click again on the app's icon to hide everything whenever you want. You can also switch between daily, weekly, or monthly views to adjust how much time you're looking at.

Add Tasks Quickly

SmartDay makes it easy to add new events, tasks, notes, or projects right from its interface. If you're into shortcuts, here are some default hotkeys: use Command + N for a new event, Command + K for a new task, Command + O for a note, and Command + / for a project!

Tweak Your Settings

If you want to personalize things even more, hit the Settings icon at the bottom left of the main panel. This opens up the SmartDay Preferences window where you can change stuff like default event duration and which day starts your week—Sunday or Monday.

Sync Across Devices

SmartDay works smoothly with your Apple Calendar too! You can choose to link it with your SmartDay Online account so that you can keep track of your schedule across multiple devices.
