Snood is an addicting tile-matching arcade game for both the Mac OS X and Windows platforms. The objective is to save the snoods by matching at least 3 of them. Snoods are funny animated faces that play the role of tiles you have to match.

The game gives you the ability to shoot snoods one-by-one into a large descending pile of snoods. You must aim carefully at identical snoods. With time and depending on the difficulty level, the pile of snoods goes down one tier. If one snood touches the ground, the game is over.

Like with many other games, Snood can be played in single or multi-player mode. The single player mode is more diverse and the multi-player mode comes in two flavors: Spider or Tournament.

Usually, these types of games are addictive and Snood is no exception. Winning games and achieving high scores relies on both your intellect and reflexes. Also, several game modes are available: Child, Easy, Medium, Hard, Evil, Armageddon, Journey and Puzzle.

In the game interface, you can also keep an eye out for the danger level bar. If the bar fills up, the danger is high. Your score is also displayed in realtime. Other visible game details are the snoods used and the next snood.

Snood offers plenty of options to personalize your gaming experience; thus, you can set the magic snood frequency, toggle the danger sign flash, use the Aimer for all levels or opt to receive notifications when your score becomes cheesy.

Players can also use different snood sets, adjust the music and sound effect volume, pick a different background as well as puzzle set. Registered users can can even import their own snood sets and backgrounds.
